An antique Arts & Crafts period wardrobe or armoire crafted from rich oak wood, featuring distinctive carved details. The central panel of the arched top displays an elongated cartouche with stylized foliate motifs, complemented by similar carvings on the upper corners of the side panels. The wood exhibits a prominent grain, contributing to its rustic charm. This piece is designed for storage, offering a functional yet aesthetically pleasing addition to a period interior.
The wardrobe is in good antique condition, commensurate with age and use. There are visible signs of wear, including minor scratches, scuffs, and discoloration on the wood surface. The bottom edges show some chipping and wear, particularly on the left and right sides. The metal hardware for the door latch appears intact but shows some oxidation. The overall structural integrity seems sound, though a closer inspection of internal components would be beneficial.
