This antique Federal style chest of drawers features a classic design with five drawers, including two smaller drawers at the top. The drawers are equipped with knob pulls and display dovetail joinery, indicative of period craftsmanship. The rich, dark finish enhances its traditional aesthetic.
The chest exhibits significant signs of age and wear, consistent with an antique item. The finish is heavily distressed with numerous scratches, scuffs, and areas of discoloration, particularly on the top surface and drawer fronts. There is notable damage to the second drawer from the top, where a section of the front panel is detached and missing. The side panels show surface wear and some loss of finish. The scrolled feet also show wear and minor chipping. Temporary inventory stickers are present on the drawers and top.
