This collection features a diverse group of seven carved items, including various animal and human figures, alongside a decorative fireplace bellows. The figures present a range of styles and materials, with several pieces depicting African wildlife and human forms. The bellows features a brass plate with embossed detailing and a red leather-like material.

Condition

Request Condition Report
The items exhibit varying degrees of wear consistent with age and previous display. The carved camel figure shows a significant crack on its back and some discoloration. The largest human figure has minor surface wear. The giraffe and deer figures are in good condition with minimal wear. The bellows has some scuffs and wear to the brass and red material, and the nozzle appears to be brass. The alligator figure has paint loss and surface imperfections. The small turtle figure is intact. The pen visible in the image is not included in the sale.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.

 

* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.

 

* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
