This is a tall chest of drawers manufactured by Bassett Furniture Industries. It features five drawers, each adorned with ornate brass-tone hardware. The piece showcases a classic design with a rich finish, making it a functional and elegant addition to various interior styles.
Condition
The chest exhibits overall good condition with some signs of age and use. There are minor scratches and scuffs consistent with typical wear on the exterior surfaces. The top surface shows some light scratches. The interior of the drawers has some discoloration and wear, particularly visible on the upper drawer fronts where the finish is worn. All drawers open and close smoothly. The brass-tone hardware shows some tarnishing.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
