This offering includes a glider chair and a matching ottoman, both upholstered in black faux leather. The chair features a padded back, seat, and armrests, with a side pocket for storage. Both pieces are supported by a sturdy metal frame, designed to provide a smooth gliding motion. The materials used consist of polyurethane foam and polyester fiber batting.

The faux leather upholstery on both the chair and ottoman exhibits significant cracking, peeling, and wear, particularly on the seat, armrests, and footrest surfaces. There is noticeable dust and residue accumulated in the crevices of the upholstery. The metal frame appears structurally sound with some minor surface wear consistent with age and use. A temporary green tape label with handwritten dimensions and a lot tag are present on the chair, which are not part of the item itself.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.

* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.

* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
