This is an antique pump organ manufactured by the Carpenter Organ Co. in Brattleboro, VT, U.S.A. The organ features ornate carved details with red fabric accents, a full keyboard, and two foot pedals. It includes stops labeled "Forte", "Diapason 8 ft.", and "Echo 8 ft.", indicating its various tonal capabilities. Finish wood made of walnut.
The organ exhibits signs of age and wear consistent with its vintage. The finish shows numerous scratches, scuffs, and areas of discoloration. The red fabric accents are faded and show some fraying. The keys are discolored and show wear. The foot pedals are present and appear functional, but their condition of operation has not been tested. There are visible chips and small losses to the veneer in several places. The overall structure appears stable, but the instrument requires restoration to return to playable condition.
