Alrighty folks! That's an incredible sale! So many high quality gems, we hope you've had a good time viewing and bidding. Once the auction fully closes, here's what happens next:
Expect and email shortly after the auction with an attached invoice detailing your purchases. We will charge your card on file within 2 hours after this email is sent.
Inside that email is a link to signup for a pickup time slot. Follow the instructions to signup for a pickup time slot. If the time you need is taken, or you need to make other arrangements like long distance shipping or local delivery, please just respond to that same email to let us know.
As a reminder, local pickup times are pre-planned for Friday, September 25th from 9-4pm and Saturday, September 26th from 9am-1pm. Let us know if you need more time! Abandoned items with no communication are removed a week after the sale.
Available payment options
* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
