Includes two "Z" style lounge chairs, one sofa, and two tables. Outdoor modern wooden chairs includes red outdoor fabric cushions and pillows. Made by RST Brand. Includes covers for all, but the covers should be cleaned.
Condition
Good used condition. Normal wear from being outside. 28" tall, 25" wide, 34" deep. Coffee table is 46.5" W x 23" D x 18" T. Side table is 22" x 22" x 22.5" T. Sofa is 74" W x 38" D x 28" T. Extended condition report: The set is used lightly and has had covers on them since new. The covers are included, but they are not in the best shape. The furniture itself was protected well by the covers. The majority of what we would call evidence of use is near the feet. Everything is structurally sound, and there are no breaks or major damage. The signs of use are cosmetic and can likely be solved by oiling with outdoor furniture oil.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the advertised two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
