This extensive collection features over 65 pieces of Royal China's 'Colonial Homestead' pattern dinnerware in a distinctive green and white motif. Each piece showcases various colonial-era scenes, including hearths, pitchers, and architectural vignettes. The set comprises dinner plates, bowls, cups, and saucers, offering a comprehensive service for a charming rustic aesthetic.
Condition
The set exhibits varying degrees of wear consistent with age and use. Several pieces have minor chips or fleabites along the rims, and some show utensil marks and surface scratches. Discoloration is present on some pieces, particularly on the unglazed bottoms and interior surfaces of cups and bowls. The green glaze remains largely vibrant, though some fading or inconsistencies are noted. Temporary stickers and paper packing material are present but are not part of the item's condition.
Available payment options
* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
