This traditional dining set features an octagonal dining table with a substantial pedestal base and six matching chairs. The chairs present a classic design with decorative backsplats and upholstered seats in a patterned fabric. The ensemble offers a cohesive aesthetic suitable for a formal dining space.

The dining set exhibits significant signs of age and use. The table surface has numerous scratches, scuffs, and areas of finish loss, particularly noticeable on the top. The table's pedestal base also shows wear, including chips and abrasions. The chairs have varying degrees of wear to their frames, including scratches, dents, and some finish loss. The upholstered seats on the chairs show some discoloration and minor wear consistent with age, but no major tears are visible. One chair has a loose joint on the backrest. A temporary lot sticker and handwritten dimensions are present on the table top.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.

 

* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.

 

* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
