This substantial vintage carved wood sideboard buffet server features a classic design suitable for a dining room or living area. The piece is constructed with a central section offering two drawers, flanked by a cabinet on each side. The drawers and cabinet doors are adorned with decorative pulls and carved detailing. The top surface includes a raised back accent with additional carving, enhancing its traditional aesthetic. Supported by four turned legs connected by a stretcher base, this sideboard combines functionality with decorative appeal, offering ample storage and a robust presence.
The sideboard exhibits visible signs of age and use consistent with its vintage nature. The top surface shows scratches, scuffs, and areas of discoloration, indicating wear from objects placed upon it over time. There are several chips and scuffs along the edges and corners of the piece, particularly noticeable on the legs and stretcher base. The finish appears worn in various spots, revealing lighter wood tones beneath. The drawer and cabinet hardware show patination and some wear. A blue plastic object is temporarily present on the top surface.
