This offering features a pair of limited edition prints by artist A.B. Stein, each depicting a distinct rural landscape. One print, titled "Barn in the Snow," is numbered 127/500, while the other, "Bushwick Mill," is numbered 134/500. Both pieces are signed by the artist and presented in complementary frames with matting.
Condition
Both prints are in excellent condition with clear, unfaded imagery. The frames exhibit minimal wear consistent with age, primarily light surface scuffs that do not detract from their overall presentation. The matting is clean and free from discoloration or damage. A temporary sticky note with dimensions and lot information is affixed to the glass of one frame, but this is removable and does not impact the art itself.
Available payment options
* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost = Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and the buyer risks forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
