This framed engraving, titled "Niagara," was entered according to an Act of Congress in 1873 by D. Appleton & Co. and deposited in the Office of the Librarian of Congress, Washington. The artwork depicts a panoramic view of Niagara Falls, showcasing the grandeur of the natural landmark. It is presented in an ornate silver-tone frame with a dark mat.
Condition
The engraving appears to be in good condition with no visible tears or significant discoloration. The frame exhibits minor surface wear consistent with age, including small scratches and scuffs on the silver-tone finish. The glass is intact and clear. The mat shows some light dust accumulation.

* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and the buyer risks forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
