This original oil painting by Grif Teller depicts a serene autumn farm scene. The composition features rolling green hills, a prominent tree with vibrant orange foliage, a distant white farmhouse, and several cows grazing peacefully. The artist's signature, "Grif Teller," is visible in the lower right corner.
The painting is in good overall condition with minor signs of age-appropriate wear. There is some light craquelure visible in areas of thicker paint application. The canvas appears stable with no visible tears or punctures. The gold-tone frame exhibits some minor surface abrasions and chips, particularly along the edges and corners, consistent with handling and age. The stretcher frame on the reverse shows expected discoloration and minor marks.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive postage rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
