This extensive collection features various silverplate serving items, including a tea pot, sugar bowl, creamer, butter dish with a glass insert, multiple serving bowls, and several platters. The pieces display a range of decorative styles and are suitable for entertaining or display. Some items bear manufacturer marks such as 'Rogers Smith & Co.' and 'International Silver Co.'

The entire collection exhibits significant tarnish and oxidation, consistent with age and material. Some pieces show scratches, scuffs, and areas of plating loss, particularly on raised decorative elements and contact surfaces. The butter dish includes a clear glass insert which appears intact. One piece has a visible '116' inscription on its base, while others bear manufacturer marks like 'Rogers Smith & Co.' and 'International Silver Co.' The handles on the coffee pot are secured with what appears to be a rubber band.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.

 

* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.

 

* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
